You can easily resolve this by following the steps below:
- Click Forgot Password
- Insert your Username (Student Number) or Email address (the one you registered with)
- Click Search
- Click Continue
You will now have received an email from Admin User (via eLearn) noreply@elearn.cemseducation.co.za
Click the link provided in the email and then click continue to be navigated to eCAMPUS where you can insert your new password and save changes.
Remember to save your password in a safe place for future reference!
